Idrissa Cisse was born and raised in Ivory Coast, West Africa. In his early 20’s, Idrissa moved to New York City where he worked for 20 years learning and mastering his craft. He now serves the Evansville and Tri-sate area with daily fresh baked breads and pastries of many varieties. Open 7 days a week, also available to serve corporate baking needs.
