The new facility opened in October of 2002, Swonder Ice Arena is a skater's dream come true. Two regulation-size rinks suit hockey players and figure skaters. Inliners and skateboarders can choose between an indoor or outdoor skate park. State-of-the-art sound and light show designed with the technology used at the 2002 Olympics heats up the action when the skaters take the ice. The University of Southern Indiana and local high school hockey teams compete weekly. Seating for 1,500 spectators available.
