The Centre
Located in downtown and only 10 minutes from Evansville Regional Airport, The Centre offers 280,000 square feet of meeting space including 37,000 square foot column-free exhibition hall, 13,500 square foot ballroom, 2,571 seat auditiorium, 12 multi-function meeting rooms, full A/V services, catering and free high speed internet and parking. Bauer's Grove Bauerhaus
The Bauerhaus is a full-service meeting and event facility surrounded by a 30-acre, tree-shaded park. The venue offers a private entrance and ample parking. With 8,700 sq. ft. of space, the facility accommodates groups from 25 to 585 for business meetings, seminars, banquets, luncheons and dinner dances, up to 875 for cocktail receptions, and up to 1,500 for outdoor events. The building's multi-level design offers ample space for dining, breakouts and exhibits.
Casino Aztar Executive Conference Center
With over 11,000 square feet of meeting space, Aztar Executive Conference Center combines the warmth and friendliness of Southern Indiana with efficient, high-tech amenities. Eleven meeting and conference rooms totally over 22,000 square feet of space allows for numerous options. A facility for meetings, conferences, receptions and banquets. Full catering on-site.
Clearcrest Pines
Located on Evansville's north side, Clearcrest Pines Golf and Banquet Centre offers meeting space in a relaxed colonial-style clubhouse located on 100-acres countryside and overlooking the 18-hole golf course. The facility accommodates 25 to 200 guests for banquets, business seminars, holiday parties, management retreats, and weddings. In-house catering provides professional black tie service staff to set up, service and clean up your event. Complete A/V services available.
Courtyard by Marriott Evansville
The Courtyard by Marriott is located on Evansville's east side minutes from area restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The hotel is located across from Eagle Lake that features a walking trail to several restaurants. The hotel features 119 guest rooms including ten guest room suites. Each guest room is equipped with a spacious work area, refrigerator, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, flat screen TV including HD channels, and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet.
Ellis Park Race Track
Ellis Park Racetrack is located on Hwy 41 in Henderson, KY before theTwin Bridges. The racetrack is a unique venue providing indoor and outdoor meeting and banquet space as well as horse racing entertainment all year long. Event Space can accommodate 400 guests. Catering is available on-site and A/V service are available.
Ford Center
The new Ford Center is a cornerstone for continued revitalization downtown. Its sweeping curved forms evoke the unique nature of the horseshoe bend in the Ohio River while providing an aesthetic that is of its time, reflecting its citizens’ forward-thinking nature. The use of native Indiana limestone at the arena’s base creates a visual grounding for the building while also respecting the materiality of Evansville’s civic buildings.
