Introduction

The mission of the Evansville Convention & Visitors Bureau as the official tourism management organization for Vanderburgh County is to be the city’s primary advocate of convention business and sustainable leisure travel opportunities that will bring visitors to the community for overnight stays. Our Grants program rewards those organizations in the community that assist in making our mission possible. The electronic Grant Application is a three-step process that requires a series of information and documentation from your organization in order to be considered for grant funding.

Prior to completing these steps electronically, please consider printing these documents so that you make sure you have all required information prior to starting your electronic submission. The electronic submission process must be completed in its entirety.

Step One – Special Events Policy
Read the Special Events Policy and check the button at the bottom of the form that you have read and agree to the Special Events policy.

Step Two – Special Events Checklist
Review the Special Events Checklist and check off all of the information required for submission of your Grant application. The Checklist will allow you to upload your submission documents. Please acknowledge that you have that you have checked off each item required and that you have uploaded or otherwise provided all information required on the checklist.

Step Three – Complete Grant Application
Complete the electronic Grant Application and submit the form. Once you have submitted the application, you will receive an acknowledgement that we have received all of your application documents.
